How does the subscription service work?

Fuel Meals is a weekly subscription service. You can choose your favorite meals from our rotating menu, and we deliver them fresh to your door. You have the flexibility to skip a week, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

When will my meals arrive?

We ship our meals nationwide. Depending on your location, your delivery will typically arrive between Wednesday and Friday each week. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box leaves our facility.

How are the meals packaged for shipping?

Our meals are packed in insulated boxes with non-toxic gel packs designed to keep your food at optimal refrigerated temperatures for up to 48 hours in transit. We recommend refrigerating your meals immediately upon arrival.

Do I need to cook the meals?

No cooking is required! Our meals are fully prepared by professional chefs. Simply heat them in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or in the oven if preferred. Heating instructions are provided on each individual meal label.

Can I customize my meals for specific dietary needs?

While we do not offer custom ingredient swapping for individual dishes, we provide a wide variety of options including high-protein, low-carb, and gluten-free selections. Detailed nutritional information and ingredient lists are available for every menu item.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or if a package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
